new character profiles– exercise your mouse

You are cordially invited to exercise your mouse, or your finger if you are following on your phone or tablet, and read the new Kekionga Character Profiles page– now fully illustrated with genuine Kekionga drawings by yours truly.  Get all the data on the core cast today: Bud, Josef, Jack, Iowa and Professor Gideon Lykander, the famous werewolf librarian.  Plus: marvel at my newfound skills with image manipulation software, now approaching the level routinely achieved by modern middle schoolers! Maybe. Probably.

To see the new stuff, go to the header and hover that cursor over the “about Kekionga” link, then choose “Kekionga character profiles” and scroll down.  If you are using a mobile device, check in the Menus, or heck, click here.   And, as always if you have any comments about either the content or the layout, or if there is anything specific you want to know about the characters, don’t hesitate to write.  I know quite a bit about these folks, and what I don’t know I’m perfectly capable of making up on the spot.

  1. Rick Santman says:

So, just how old is the Professor, and how long has he held his position at the University?

Jack and Iowa I know very well indeed, like my next door neighbors and then some

Bud is a cipher and I’m not sure I’m worthy enough to learn more. But I’m sure I’d enjoy a cup of tea with him.

Josef has so many roles, some documented but I’m thinking mostly unrealized, that I’ll never know the whole story without a Graphic Novel sized backstory. I’d like to scratch him behind the ears, however.

  2. Pam Bliss says:

I’ve answered your question about Gideon, in much greater detail than you may have wanted, in its own post. I honestly don’t know much about Josef’s own personal backstory at this point, though I do know something bone-crushingly sentimental about his future.
