Twenty dollar art supply plate: a phone camera still life.
What did I buy at the art supply store in South Bend?
- Two orange Sharpies,
- Two small glue sticks,
- A new kind of eraser to try,
- 2H leads for my mechanical pencils,
- A new X-Acto knife and X-Acto knife blades,
- And “Elementary Alphabets” by Ross F. George.
Ehh, the art supplies are okay I guess, but I’m enjoying the turquoise Fiestaware plate quite a bit.
Hee hee. Fiestaware it is not, merely a cheap knockoff from Pier One, bought at a sidewalk sale at a mall somewhere many, many years ago. For a dollar.
(Makes mental note to fetch a bit of Real Fiestaware on next trip through Valpo)
