Three days of the supermoon; three days of great photographs taken by photographers who managed to be in the presence of the supermoon while holding a camera. My encounters with the supermoon have been less lucky: beautiful moments of supermoon watching with no camera in sight, and a long walk this evening with the Pentax and the long zoom as the clouds rolled in.
I’m still trying, but for now have some purple and white Dutch irises (with a vintage treatment, since purple and white Dutch irises, even on November 14th, aren’t terribly interesting) and some ornamental grasses photographed by streetlight as the supermoon (probably) rose behind the clouds.
